You may register in person at the Village Clerk’s office on the second floor of the Village Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 12 pm, and 1 pm to 5 pm
If you have an Illinois driver’s license or state ID, you may also register online through the Illinois State Board of Elections website.
Whether you are a new resident to our Village or you just have a new address within the Village, you must change your voter registration.
Every Winnetka restaurant or business that wishes to serve or otherwise sell food and/or liquor must be registered and licensed by the Village. The Village also licenses home milk delivery, amusement devices, grocery stores, all food dealers, parades, fireworks and service stations. Contact the Village Manager’s Office at 847-716-3541 for applications and fee schedules.
The Village does not issue home business licenses.
Residents should contact Comcast’s Customer Service directly at 866-594-1234 or visit the Comcast website. Although the Village has limited authority regarding the operations of the cable companies, we do document problems or issues Winnetka residents may have with Comcast. If you are unable to resolve your complaint or would like to document a comment, you can notify the Village directly via an online form.
