    • Existing conditions – Dimensioned plan drawn to scale showing parkway area dimensions and boundaries of the parkway (sidewalk, roadway/curb, driveway(s). Indicate property corners, side lot lines, and location of any water shutoff valve.
    • Proposed planting plan – Graphical depiction of the location and species of proposed plant material on both the public parkway and private property, if any. Plan shall indicate minimum setback of 2 feet from any sidewalk or curb at mature plant size. Species shall be selected and located to comply with sight visibility requirements described in more detail below.
    • Hardscape elements - Including but not limited border edging, pavers, gravel or stone chips should be identified on the plan and identified with notes. Such elements should be installed flush with existing grade.

    By execution of this application, the Owner(s) does hereby certify, acknowledge, agree and affirm to the Village of Winnetka that, prior to, and as a condition of, the Village’s issuance of a permit, the Owner(s) must execute a Declaration agreeing to comply certain terms regarding the installation of plantings on the Village’s right-of-way, which Declaration will be recorded by the Village with the Cook County Clerk's Recordings Division.
