One Winnetka Development – Lincoln Avenue & Elm Street

In spring 2025, construction is scheduled to begin on the One Winnetka mixed-use development. The contractor is tentatively scheduled to start demolition in May. The project will include approximately 20,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space, 59 residential rental units consisting of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units, and a total of 150 parking spaces consisting of 39 spaces at ground level for the commercial use and 111 spaces in the lower level for the residential units.

Construction is underway on the new three-story Chase Bank building, which will offer retail banking on the street level, wealth management services on the upper levels, 7 parking spaces on the surface lot and 24 parking spaces in the lower level of the building.

Engel & Völkers Project – 564 Green Bay Road

Developer: Engel & Völkers
Contractor: ENC Construction & Development

Construction is under way on a new four-story building that will house Engel & Völkers real estate office on the ground and lower levels and have one apartment unit on each of the three levels above.
